Hello everybody, good news! We are relaunching our monthly layout competition.

All you have to do is complete the requested task and upload your completed layout to the Art Room into the correct folder under Monthly Competitions.

Ok, now thats out of the way, here is your challenge for this month:

COMPLETE ONE SINGLE (OR DOUBLE) LAYOUT - ANY SIZE OF YOUR CHOICE

YOUR PAGE MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. CUT OUT DESIGN FROM PATTERNED PAPER
2. ANY TYPE OF FLOWERS (AT LEAST ONE)
3. LACE OR RIBBON (OR BOTH)
4. BOOKPLATE e.g METAL/CHIPBOARD ETC (AT LEAST ONE)
5. AND LASTLY MUST HAVE A GRUNGE FEEL TO IT (e.g DISTRESSED/INKED/PAINTED/GLIMMER MISTED OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF ETC AT LEAST ONE)

OK, THATS ABOUT IT,YOU CAN USE ANY COLOUR, THEME ETC YOU WANT BUT YOU HAVE TO INCLUDE THE ABOVE ITEMS, GOOD LUCK AND DYING TO SEE WHAT YOU DO!!

Oh yeah, thats a point...lol

you have to the 30th November Midnight to get your layouts up, will draw it on the 1st December.

Hi Joynim

bookplates don't just come in metal, they also come in chipboard, you can also diecut your own on a sizzix, cuttlebug machine etc, they are usually used to put a word, phrase, journaling etc underneath, or you could use a giant one and put a photo underneath, you could also cut out your own, just use your imagination it doesn't matter as long as it has that look and use.
