My life is too hectic for words at the moment. I can't seem to stick at anything that's good for me. I only went for one walk last week - admittedly it was for 1.5 hours at 4 p.m. in the afternoon. I thought it was such a good idea at the time, but boy, I was absolutely shattered and soooooooooooooo hot by the time I got home.
My weight hasn't changed at all this week, which is sad, but at least I am actually drinking much more water and eating less chocolate bars. I will try and journal what I've done, but am really strugging to find time for scrapbooking anything right now. I'll do my best though

This week I'll continue with drinking water, eating less junk food and walk as much as I can - at least 2 x 20 minutes a day.
