Lost a bit of enthusiasm for my own scrapping of my results this last week.  Lots going on.  Weight remained the same.  Measuring up next week...

Goals for this final week: Exercise 5 times - including 2 x pilates, 2 x walks and one other.  At least one night off the plonk!

Scrapping of the results has done a dive, but after the 19th, I have a week to myself  Grin and cant wait to get back into scrapping -this journal, circle journals and Lo's to catch up on!

I have lost about 2 kg, but the best part is feeling fit! Jean and I are walking about 5 times aweek and doing longer distances and doing them faster and faster!
I am definitely going to keep it up when these 6 weeks are over because I am loving feeling fit!  Cool

My stepper counter thing basically died on me so I could only count my steps for one day. I've gone and got myself a new one because I really want and need to get fit and lose weight because - - - - - - -

Goodness Ann, that sounds like fun !

My week 6 goal is to walk 8km five times.

I have found that there is a drive-in coffee hut at the exact half-way mark along my 8km walk...so what's a girl to do but get a cuppa on the way. Adds an extra treat to the walk!

I'm behind in scrapping my results in my little album, haven't got around to getting photos printed, but I will complete it.  A cute diary of this 6-week project.
