August Competition

OK everybody, we are trying out best to keep on track with everything now Lianne is here to help. This months competition is to use the following on a page (single or double LO)

Guidelines:

You  must use fibres in a creative way
You must use stitching (hand or machine)
You must use a scalloped edge or shape somewhere on the page

Cannot be used as the sketch challenge layout!

Prize this month:

One set of Fancy Pants Clear Stamps - Simply Stated $39.99
One set of Autumn Leaves Foof-a-la Rub-ons - Journaling Panels $9.99

Please upload your layout into the Art Room under competitions, I have a meeting next week to try and get the gallery sorted so I can add more folders, or in the meantime you can add the link under this thread in the forum also.

Anybody needing more info on how to upload or scan their layouts please contact Lisa or Lianne at scrapbookstudio@xtra.co.nz thanks.

I actually just completed a CJ that was pretty fibrelicious...so I'm no longer so scared of them.

Funny how when someone loves something that you seriously don't & you see them use it, it becomes a little more attractive.

Now, to see if I haven't thrown out the ones I bought ages ago

Here's that idea I was talking about. I glued a bunch of fibres to some cardstock, stitched all over and then cut out a flower shape. Adds a cool colourful textured look to the layout.
