Delivery Information
Scrapbooking by Design will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Any pre-orders will be paid for at the
time of order and dispatched as soon as they arrive to us. We will deliver any products to your door at the flat rate of $7.00.
Small items will be shipped in padded envelopes and larger orders and papers will be carefully packaged in boxes to protect the items.
International Orders
Any international orders are welcomed and shipping will be quoted at the time of order depending on weight, size and
destination. We will contact you prior to processing to advise freight costs.
International customers please note that prices advertised on the site are in New Zealand dollars. The amount charged to
your credit card account will differ once converted. We will convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate
on the day it is processed.
Returns
Here at Scrapbooking by Design we endeavour to send out all of our products in top quality condition and to satisfy our customers.
If for some reason the products are defective, damaged or you are simply not happy with your order we will give you a refund within
7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs under any circumstance. If the products are defective or
damaged the items will be replaced or refunded. All returns must be sealed and in original packaging and return postage charges
are the responsibility of the sender. Please contact us should you need to return anything to discuss return options.
Add-ons or Cancellations
Please take your time while shopping. Add-ons to orders are not possible. A new order must be placed through our shopping cart,
this is the best way for us to provide you excellent service and maintain an accurate inventory. If you need to cancel an order it may be
cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed without penalty. If an order is cancelled more than 24 hours after the order has been
placed and before the order is dispatched a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee will be charged @ 15% of the orders total.
